Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, for the purpose of providing access to information, materials and/or services contained on the Operator’s website, I give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Anna Vladimirovna Gaber (OGRNIP 320774600233241, INN 772486954368, address: 115432, Moscow, Arkhitektora Shchuseva St., 5k2) for the automated as well as non-automated processing of my personal data, namely for the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

The list of personal data for which I give my consent to processing: surname, first name, patronymic; position; information about employment (data on current employment indicating the name and settlement account of the organization); phone number; email address; information collected through metric programs.

This consent is valid from the moment it is signed for a period of 10 (ten) years after achieving the above-mentioned purpose of personal data processing.

The consent may be withdrawn by submitting a written request to IE Gaber A.V. in simple written form to the email address: zakaz@agaber.ru, as well as by sending a written request to the address: 115432, Moscow, Arkhitektora Shchuseva St., 5k2.
