    This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) has been developed in order to comply with the requirements of Part 2 of Article 18.1 of the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, Clause 35 of the Personal Data Processing Policy of Individual Entrepreneur Anna Vladimirovna Gaber and regulates legal relations related to the processing of personal information between the User of the website https://www.micerating.ru/ (hereinafter – the Website) of the Internet information and telecommunications network and Individual Entrepreneur Anna Vladimirovna Gaber (OGRNIP 320774600233241, INN 772486954368, hereinafter – the Website Administration).

    Use of the Website services implies the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal information specified herein; if the User does not agree with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Website.

    1. General provisions

    1.1. Within the framework of this Policy, the User’s personal information means:

    1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about themselves independently when using the Website, including the following personal data of the User: surname, first name, patronymic; position; information about employment (data on current employment indicating the name and settlement account of the organization); phone number; email address; information collected through metric programs. Information required for the provision of Website services is marked in a special way;

    1.1.2. Data that are automatically transmitted to the Website services during their use using the software installed on the User’s device, including the IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other program through which access to the services is carried out), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to services, addresses of requested pages and other similar information;

    1.1.3. Anonymous (not linked to the Visitor’s personal data) information about visits to the Website using the Yandex.Metrica service (https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/) to obtain aggregated statistical information.

    1.2. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website https://www.micerating.ru/ . The Website Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User may follow links available on the Website.

    2. Purpose and legal grounds for processing users’ personal information

    2.1. The Website Administration collects and stores only the personal information necessary to provide services or fulfill agreements and/or contracts with the User, except in cases where mandatory storage of personal information for a certain period is required by law.

    If the Website Administration receives a notification from the User withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data, the Website Administration shall stop processing the User’s personal data within a period not exceeding 10 business days from the moment such notification is received.

    Notification of withdrawal of consent to personal data processing shall be sent to the email address: info@mice-backstage.com, as well as by written request to the legal address: 115432, Moscow, Arkhitektora Shchuseva St., 5k2.

    2.2. The Website Administration processes the User’s personal information in order to provide the User with access to information, materials and/or services contained on the Website.

    2.3. The legal grounds for processing the User’s personal information are:

    2.3.1. consent to the processing of their personal information;

    2.3.2. agreements and/or contracts concluded between the Website Administration and the User (if any);

    2.3.3. processing of anonymized personal data for statistical and other research purposes.

    3. Conditions for processing users’ personal information

    3.1. The Website Administration stores Users’ personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy of Individual Entrepreneur Maxim Mikhailovich Ishkhanov.

    3.2. The confidentiality of the User’s personal information is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for public access to an unlimited number of persons.

    3.3. The Website has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

    3.3.1. The User has expressed consent to such actions.

    3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a particular service or to fulfill a particular agreement or contract with the User.

    3.3.3. The transfer is provided for by legislation within the procedure established by law.

    3.4. Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out for 10 years from the date of receiving personal data by the following methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools. Processing of Users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.

    After the purpose of personal data processing has been achieved, the Website Administration stops processing personal data (ensures termination of processing if it is carried out by another person acting on behalf of the Website Administration) and destroys personal data (ensures their destruction if processing is carried out by another person acting on behalf of the Website Administration) within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of achieving the purpose of personal data processing, unless otherwise provided by an agreement to which the User is a party or beneficiary, another agreement between the Website Administration and the User, or if the Website Administration is not entitled to process personal data without the User’s consent on the grounds provided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” or other federal laws.

    3.5. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

    3.6. The Website Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties, including implementing the following personal data protection requirements:

    3.6.1. appointment of a person responsible for organizing personal data processing;

    3.6.2. issuance of documents defining the policy regarding personal data processing, local acts on personal data processing issues, as well as local acts establishing procedures aimed at preventing and identifying violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation and eliminating the consequences of such violations;

    3.6.3. internal control over compliance of personal data processing with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, regulatory acts adopted in accordance with it, personal data protection requirements, personal data processing policy, and local acts of the operator;

    3.6.4. assessment of harm that may be caused to personal data subjects in case of violation of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, correlation of such harm with measures taken to ensure compliance with obligations established by the said law;

    3.6.5. familiarization of employees directly involved in personal data processing with the provisions of Russian legislation on personal data, including personal data protection requirements, documents defining the operator’s policy regarding personal data processing, local acts on personal data processing issues, and training of such employees;

    3.6.6. identification of threats to the security of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems;

    3.6.7. application of organizational and technical measures to ensure personal data security during processing in personal data information systems necessary to meet personal data protection requirements and ensure the levels of protection established by the Government of the Russian Federation;

    3.6.8. use of information protection tools that have passed the established conformity assessment procedure;

    3.6.9. accounting of machine carriers of personal data;

    3.6.10. detection of unauthorized access to personal data and taking measures, including detection, prevention and elimination of consequences of computer attacks on personal data information systems and response to computer incidents;

    3.6.11. restoration of personal data modified or destroyed due to unauthorized access;

    3.6.12. establishment of rules for access to personal data processed in personal data information systems and ensuring registration and accounting of all actions performed with personal data;

    3.6.13. control over measures taken to ensure personal data security and the level of protection of personal data information systems;

    3.6.14. use of certified information protection tools for the destruction of personal data, including tools that implement the function of destroying information.

    3.7. The Website Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

    4. Obligations of the parties

    4.1. The User must:

    4.1.1. provide information about personal data necessary to use the Website;

    4.1.2. update and supplement the provided personal data information if it changes.

    4.2. The Website Administration must:

    4.2.1. use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy;

    4.2.2. ensure the confidentiality of information, not disclose it without the User’s prior written permission, and not sell, exchange, publish or disclose personal data in any other way except as provided by this Privacy Policy;

    4.2.3. apply legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized, unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution and other unlawful actions;

    4.2.4. block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of request by the User, their legal representative, or the authorized body for protection of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are detected.

    5. Liability of the parties

    5.1. The Website Administration that fails to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

    5.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Website Administration shall not be liable if such information:

    5.2.1. became publicly available before its loss or disclosure;

    5.2.2. was received from a third party before being received by the Website Administration;

    5.2.3. was disclosed with the User’s consent.

    6. Dispute resolution

    6.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising between the User of the Website and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

    6.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the applicant of the results of the claim review in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the claim.

    6.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

    6.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Website Administration.

    7. Additional provisions

    7.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

    7.2. The new Privacy Policy enters into force from the moment it is posted on the Website unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
